NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Edgewood Planning Commission will conduct a virtual Public Hearing at Edgewood City Hall, 2224 104th Avenue East, Edgewood, Washington, commencing at approximately 6:00 p.m., on Monday, September 13, 2021 to receive public comments on: 

1.    Transitional Housing and State of Washington House Bill 1220: 

Planning Commission noticed a public hearing to accept public comment regarding the proposed code amendments pertaining to Edgewood Municipal Code (EMC) Chapters 18.20 and 18.70, related to transitional and emergency housing land uses, providing for severability, and establishing an effective date. The code amendments are being proposed to ensure compliance with House Bill 1220 which was recently passed by Washington State legislature.
