To attend the meeting LIVE via Zoom:
- In the Files column (on this page) select the drop down box of the meeting you'd like to watch
- When the document opens (Agenda, or Packet, whichever you choose) you will find the Zoom link in the header of the document
- Click on the Zoom link to attend the meeting live
To watch a replay of the recorded meeting:
- Recorded meetings are available by noon the following morning, and available on the same page listed above
- To watch a recorded meeting, select the recorder image in the Media column next to the meeting you want to watch
- Vimeo will then open a separate window with the recording
