Do you visit our parks and say to yourself "We need this, that, or the other for these parks!" well my friend sounds like you are just who we need for our Parks and Recreation Advisory Board! The Parks Board is an advisory board to the City Council responsible for studying the parks and recreation needs of the citizens, and making recommendations to the Council concerning those needs. The board is currently recruting interested individuals to fill current vacancies and we want YOU! They meet the second Wednesday of every month (in person inside City Hall, or online from wherever you so choose). If you'd like to volunteer, please note applications are due no later than September 28th and are available here
