CITY VEHICLES FOR SALE
The Edgewood City Council has deemed the following vehicles as surplus and have authorized the mayor to dispose of them. The mayor hereby notifies the public these items are available for sale:

Bids can also be dropped off inside City Hall and left with the reception desk.
The bid should identify the vehicle identification number (VIN) and the amount the bidder is willing to pay for that vehicle. All sealed bids should be submitted to the City Clerk by 2:00pm, Friday March 7, 2025.
The bid must include the bidder’s name and contact information, including a phone number and/or email address.
Viewing: Vehicle may be viewed at City Hall, 2224 104th Avenue East, Edgewood, WA beginning Tuesday, March 4, 2025, through Friday, Friday March 7, 2025.
Bid Opening: The bid opening will be conducted by the City Clerk at Edgewood City Hall on Monday, March 10, 2025, at 11:00 am in the Council Chambers. Bids will be uploaded to the website for viewing after the bid opening. The sale of the item shall be awarded to the bidder who submits the highest bid for such item (over the minimum bid listed above). The bid award shall be made at the conclusion of the bid opening.
Sales Terms: All items are sold as is. Payment shall be made for the full bid amount via cash, credit card (there is a 3% service fee charged) or certified check payable to the City of Edgewood. Payment must be received by the city by 4:30 pm, Friday, March 14, 2025. Failure of timely payment will result award of the sale of the item to the next highest bidder, with payment from such bidder due within 24 hours of notice from the City Clerk’s office via phone or email.
Delivery: Delivery of each item will take place directly after payment is received and title is transferred. A Driver’s License, Passport or Birth Certificate will be required to authenticate buyer’s identification for title transfer purposes.
The City reserves the right to reject all bids and dispose of the vehicle(s) as determined by the mayor.

All vehicles and/or items are sold in their current condition, 'as is,' without any warranties, representations, or guarantees, either express or implied, regarding their condition, functionality, or suitability for any particular purpose. The buyer accepts full responsibility for inspecting and evaluating the vehicles/items prior to purchase.
