A hearing has been scheduled for a land use permit. No action is needed, however any person has the right to submit comments and participate at the hearing.
How to Participate:
All interested persons may appear and provide testimony, as well as request a copy of the decision. To allow for remote public participation, the City will broadcast this meeting on Zoom.
Written comments addressing findings required for a decision by the hearing examiner may be emailed to the City Representative; firstname.lastname@example.org on or before 9 AM on the date of the hearing or provided directly to the hearing examiner during the hearing.
Only persons who submit written or oral comments to the hearing examiner may appeal the decision.
