Ryan Day appointed to vacant council seat
Ryan Day has been selected to fill a vacant seat on Edgewood City Council. The council made the appointment official with a vote during the August 21 special meeting. Mr. Day will take his oath of office on August 28 at the regularly scheduled council meeting at City Hall.
The following candidates were selected to be interviewed by City Council. Candidates will be interviewed on August 21 begining at 6pm in Council Chambers at Edgewood City Hall. The Candidate interviews are open to the public.
Gayle "Joe" Luckett
The City of Edgewood is seeking interested citizens to fill an unexpired term of office for City Council Position 2. Currently, the Council meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month for regular Council meetings and the first, third and fifth (when applicable) Tuesday of each month for study sessions, with special meetings scheduled as necessary. Councilmembers may also serve on local or regional boards and councils. Applicants should be substantially available to participate in such meetings.
